Robotics Summer Camp

Experience the The LEGO® MINDSTORMS® EV3 program during Robotics Summer Camp! Students will spend the week building and programming robots, and experience additional arts and sports activities. There will also be field trip opportunities available for students at an additional cost. 

At IRIS, we provide students with educational STEM-based (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) learning programs using LEGO Robotics technology!   The camp structure will provide students with the time and resources required to work with their peers, create complex designs and participate in challenges and activities. Students will explore STEM topics beyond the classroom, create real world applications and discover the countless career opportunities in related fields. 

VEX IQ is a robotics system designed to offer young students an inclusive introduction to STEM. The system encourages students to work together and exercise their creativity, problem solving and leadership skills through teamwork-driven activities. 

Age Group: 9 Years to 17 Years

The Arduino programming and hardware language provides students with a simple and accessible user experience and introduces students to multiple new projects of various levels of complexity. Arduino is an open-source prototyping platform which can read inputs and turn the inputs into outputs.

Experience the The LEGO® Renewal Energy and Pneumatics program during Robotics Summer Camp! Students will spend the week building and programming robots, and experience additional arts and sports activities. There will also be field trip opportunities available for students at an additional cost. 

At IRIS, we provide students with educational STEM-based (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) learning programs using LEGO Robotics technology!  The camp structure will provide students with the time and resources required to work with their peers, combine LEGO kits to create complex designs and participate in challenges and activities. Students will explore STEM topics beyond the classroom, create real world applications and discover the countless career opportunities in related fields. 

The  LEGO® Renewal Energy educational set introduces students to renewable energy sources and allows students to explore sources such as solar energy, wind energy and hydro energy. The LEGO® Pneumatics educational set allows students to explore five principal models and four pneumatics models.
