This position will give an opportunity to work with a top rated STEM (Science, Engineering, Technology, Mathematics) programs for kids in schools, child/day care centers in different region. The instructor will be assigned to lead and conduct courses & workshops at Mississauga and Scarborough/Markham locations of IRIS.
As a Robotics Instructor, you will deliver our STEM Labs/Workshops to kids in different locations. You will teach kids programming and help them work on fun & creative STEM/Robotics projects. If you like working

Timings for Offsite Courses at IRIS locations would generally be in the afternoon, hence Instructors would need to report at site from 2pm to 2:30pm onwards; whereas for Summer/Winter camps/Special programs, the timing will expand from 8am to 6pm on selected dates..
We would like the candidate to have a STEM background, preferably recent graduates or 3rd/4th year engineering students (mechanical, computer or electronic engineering) for this position and be able to:
Experience in teaching/leading children with Lego Robotics (WEDO-EV3) will be an asset. Candidates having familiarity with our programs (WeDo Robotics, LEGO Mindstorms EV3, VEX IQ, VEX EDR, Arduino, Python & Raspberry Pi, App Development, Java, C++, CAD & 3D printing etc.) will get preference.
Candidates should possess and display strong interest to get engaged in working with students from age 4 and up, with creative mindset and playful personality.
Training will be provided for suitable candidate.
