Institute of Robotics and Intelligent Systems (IRIS) is a tech educational centre that offers instructor-led courses on Robotics, Coding, Electronics and Designing for 5-17 year old kids. We have been in operation since 2015 and numerous students, schools and institutions have benefitted from our programs. Our skilled instructors combine science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education in all our courses and ensure that students develop key skills such as problem solving, critical thinking, teamwork, presentation, communication and idea generation. Our objective is to develop skillsets in four key areas - Technological Ability, Emotional Intelligence, Enterprising Spirit and Responsible Behavior. Through this we aspire to develop a child's overall intellectual capability and transform them into a well-rounded human being - into responsible tech entrepreneurs, inventors and leaders who will create a better world for everyone.

IRIS will not only produce the innovations responsible for achieving this capstone, but we will also demonstrate the role robotic systems play within human-centered environments and communicate the benefits robotics provide to all sectors of society. We will lead the nation and the world in promoting and realizing the potential of robotics for solving the technological challenges facing society today and in the future.
Our vision is that; we will be known for transforming the world of robotics and recognized as an international leader in the domains of autonomous systems and human-robot collaborative systems for a variety of applications, especially manufacturing, healthcare and first responder security. We will enable the assembly of strong, innovative, multi-disciplinary teams in support of contemporary and future societal grand challenges. Through our academic and research collaborations across campus, we will graduate a new generation of robotics who serve on the faculties of leading institutions in a variety of departmental disciplines and work in the most advanced industrial research laboratories.
