Job description

Program Coordinator is expected to work on Weekdays for at least 5-6hours/day (25-30hours/week) from 9:30am onwards (with an hour lunch break).

The work station will be at IRIS Etobicoke or Mississauga location.

Initially it will be a part-time position, with a view to lead to a full-time position based on expected performance return.

Program Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and monitoring the day to day operations of our programs, assist the CEO in planning and development of marketing strategies, and follow up the execution of marketing  campaigns specially during peak times of winter, march and summer camps.

Program Coordinator will call/email schools, clubs, educational institutes, child care centers in catchment area and will offer IRIS programs, follow up and convince them to avail IRIS programs by giving them competitive price. DCR (daily call report) with follow up actions and final positive outcomes will be measured as a Key Performance Indicator of the position.

Responsibilities include:

(1) Disseminating info and communicating with parents and students regarding on-site programs held at the Institute locations.

(2) Communicating with school administration staff and teachers regarding IRIS off-site programs.

(3) Scheduling On-site weekly sessions and following up timely availability of Instructors.

(4) Scheduling Off-cite programs and workshops and ensuring availability of Instructors.

(5) Overall coordination of Off-site programs to ensure hassle free execution of the events by regular communication with school administration and staff and continuous follow up before and after implementation of programs.

(6) Checking IRIS website and social media platform traffic and suggest updates and execute changes as needed, in liaison with IT team.

(7) Channelizing IRIS promotion on various social media platforms and partner websites and keeping a track of the outcome of the marketing activities.

(8) Any other work as directed by the Management Team.

Work Experience:

Previous work experience in Marketing, Sales and Customer Relations will be an added advantage.

Education:

Minimum Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communication or in any other subject with good communication ability; Masters degree will be an extra advantage.
