Co-Op Program

IRIS is open to offer Co-Op (cooperative education) program for high school students and before embarkation to college life. Co-Op program with IRIS offers a balance between classroom theory and on-the-field practical, hands-on experience prior to graduation. Through IRIS co-op program, students are able to alternate academic study with on-the-role learning, gaining practical experience in their field of study.
IRIS co-op traditionally runs for at least three work terms alternated with school terms, which happens because of a partnership involving IRIS and the School/College that provides students to gain work experience to complement their in-class training.
