Multiple student discounts:

• 2 students: 5% discount
• 3-4 students: 10 % discount
• 5-6 students: 15% discount
• 7 + or more students: 20% discount

Multiple weeks registrations:

• 2 weeks: 5% discount
• 3 to 4 weeks: 10% discount
• 5 to 6 week: 15% discount
• 7 + weeks: 20% discount

During Camps, Additional Care before (from 8 AM)and after class (till 5:30 PM) is available at an extra price.

• Before Class: From 8 AM @29.99
• After Class: Until 5:30 PM @39.99
• Both Before & After Class: From 8 AM to 5:30 PM @59.99

Additional care can be selected at the time of registration.

2. Cancellation of multiple week registrations:

• If a multiple week registration is cancelled mid-way, any multi-week discounts applied will be removed from the registration amount.
• Example: The per week price is $200 and a student registers for 8 weeks of summer camp and receives a 20% discount (please see discount policy). The total registration fee is $1280.00. The student completes 4 weeks and cannot complete the remaining four weeks.
• The cost of a 4 week registration and a 10% discount is $720. The student will be refunded $560.00 (1280.00-720.00).

1. Introductory workshops can be rescheduled only once.

2. For regular programs, only 2 make-up classes will be provided.

All Refund payment will be made in one month time (30 business/working days) after the official request has been made in e-mail.

The following refund policy is applicable to all on-site services provided by the Institute of Robotics and Intelligent Systems (IRIS).

• If the student cancels one week (7 days) before the start of program session, workshop or camp, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
• If the student cancels 24 hours before the start of the program session, workshop or camp, 25% of the fee will be refunded.
• If the student cancels after the start of the program session, workshop or camp, the fee is not refundable. However, students have the opportunity to exchange their session, workshop or camp and attend another session, workshop or camp on a different date.
• Registration fees for IRIS’ competitive robotics teams are non-refundable.
• All refunds for any program registration are subjected to administrative processing fee of $30 upon cancellation.

The following refund policy is applicable to all off-site services (in schools, daycare centres, clubs, libraries, senior homes, customized parties etc) provided by the Institute of Robotics and Intelligent Systems (IRIS).

• Registration for any off-site sessions will require a 50% deposit of the total amount of the event; advance will be counted on a minimum set (ceiling) number of participants for events where number of participants might vary. For multiple week course programs, remaining 50% will need to be deposited on or before 50% of classes have taken place.

If an institution asks for cancellation of any event booking:

• 30days (or longer) before the start of the event, 75% of the deposit will be refunded
• 15-29days before the start of the event, 50% of the deposit will be refunded
• 7-14days before the start of the event, 15% of the deposit will be refunded
• No refund within 7days prior to start date
• If an institution asks for cancellation of any multiple week course booking within 3rd class, 50% of the price for the remaining classes (per class price) will be refunded.

• For multiple week course booking, an institution can ask for cancellation and refund only till the 3^rd class; from the 4^th class onwards, no refund will be granted. If an institution asks for cancellation for any multiple week course programs booking with 3^rd class, then 50% price for the remaining classes (per class price) will be refunded.

• All refunds for any program are subjected to administrative processing fee of $30 upon cancellation.

For Summer Camp

No refund after June 30; however sessions can be rescheduled within next 8weeks from the original event date.

• If the off-site camp sessions are cancelled by May 31, the full deposit amount will be refunded.
• If the off-site camp sessions are cancelled after May 31 till June 15, 50% of the deposit amount will be refunded.
• If the off-site camp sessions are cancelled after June 15 till June 30, 25% of the deposit amount will be refunded.
• All refunds for any program are subjected to administrative processing fee of $30 upon cancellation.

IRIS will be closed during the following Long Weekends (Saturdays, Sundays along with these days), when there will be no regular sessions or workshops running by IRIS (updated on May 2022): Ontario Public Holiday schedules are followed
